The boy is bored. He's staying with his uncle on a farm where there's nothing but cactuses and space. Or so it seems. When the boy opens the barn door he finds a car like no other, but also something quick and deadly!

In Chapter 5, the snake explains how it ended up in the Cadillac. Write a similar description from the tarantula's point of view, explaining why it was in the car. Try to imagine what the spider would see and feel, and how it would move.
